Sterilization
There's a lot that goes on at Copley Dental Natick behind the scenes to ensure your safety. You're the reason we're here, and you deserve the peace of mind that we're taking every possible step to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and quality care.
When we reprocess our instruments, we handle them carefully. Each instrument is first hand-scrubbed to remove blood and debris. Next, the instruments are placed in an ultrasonic cleaner that is designed to remove any remaining debris. Finally, the instruments are heat-sterilized by steam under pressure.
We continually maintain compliance with OSHA (the Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) guidelines.

Your comfort is a top priority. We have many years of experience caring for our patients in a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. We're always open to any questions you may have, and we strive to accommodate you any way we can, whether it be discussing your insurance coverage or your treatment plan.
We value your time, and we do everything we can to keep your appointment on schedule.
By talking to us, we can work together to evaluate your apprehensions and find a solution so that you can comfortably receive treatment. In many cases this may simply be accomplished with local anesthesia. Sometimes, however, other medications may be needed. Premedication before your visit or nitrous oxide gas during treatment may better suit your needs.
